I bought tokens from Epoch according to my billing statement! How do I update my info?
If you see EPOCH as your billing agent for your ePlay transactions and you would like to update your billing information or update the status of your membership, follow this procedure:
- Go to Epoch's Billing Support
- Enter your information (at least 2 fields)
- Update your Billing information or Credit Card or Update status of membership
